Thomas Bailey

Thomas Bailey focuses his law practice on personal injury, bankruptcy, business, complex criminal and civil litigation. He has successfully represented hundreds of clients in Tennessee State, Federal and Appellate Courts. He is a serious and aggressive litigator. He is a graduate of the prestigious University of Pennsylvania, where he studied business, finance and public policy at the Wharton School, consistently ranked the number one business school in the Nation. More recently, he is a graduate of TACDL’s Trial College and has obtained multiple certificates of achievement for advanced litigation techniques. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Nashville Bar Association, Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
